Good Points

Lots of discounts throughout the year, plus 10% off in the first week of the sale. shopping cover has been good for stuff that i bought that went down in the sale - i got the money back! Also unlike some of the comments here i've found it really easy to make payments - you can pay it off in any of the stores under arcadia (Topshop, Topman, Miss Selfridge, Dorothy Perkins, Burton, Evans, Wallis or Bhs), or set up a DD to avoid expensive phone calls


Bad Points

High charges if you forget a payment, but you can set up a direct debit (which is what I did)


General Comments

I think a lot of the comments on here are unfair, you get your APR written onto your contract as soon as the account is opened, everything is explained properly, it's probably just that people don't take in all the Ts&Cs until they read it in black and white. When my Topshop Store Card arrived I read it all through and I still had well over a month to pay off the balance before any charges were made (56 days in total). When I opened mine the girl even reminded me that it takes 3 working days to clear a payment so that I didn't get stuck with extra charges.
