Good Points

Friendly, quick, cheap


Bad Points

Cheap is not always good, inadequate fact finding, website not clear on exclusions and conditions until after payment taken, staff are friendly but clearly not qualified.


General Comments

Friendly and good customer services at SimplyBusiness.co.uk Business Insurance. Price is cheap. A little too cheap. If you're just looking for minimum required by law this is the company but they're a little unclear and misleading. Not sure on claims handling but I can only imagine.
