Good Points

Starts out great. Makes one feel like they finally made a great purchase. until the foam integrity breaks down.


Bad Points

Warranty is worded so as not to cover the loss of integrity and body support.
Bad experience dealing with. After paying 2700.00 I feel totally ripped off.


General Comments

Purchased the Sealy Posturepedic Pillow Top Divan. After two months, the foam on one side, has become squishy and does not support like it did when new.
However, as it's foam, it comes back to it's shape after getting off, but provides no suppoert. My back is sore every morning now.
I was told that it is not a warranty issue, as there is no visible indentations.
The previous bed had a huge depression in the center, they gave me a credit, towards this one, as i did not want to go through the same thing again with that mattress.
Now I don't have to, as it's worse, and not covered by warranty.
