A follow-up...
I'm just about to start week ten on LighterLife, my last week, and I've lost just over 4 stone, just in time for my holiday.
It really has been worth the "effort", it's been a little tedious at times, and I've found the weekends to be the most challenging, especially with the smell of all the summer bbq's wafting around, but if you're determined enough you can do it - if I can, anybody can!
To be honest I'm finding the thought of the last week to be the most difficult, I can't stop thinking about food - I've even gone out and bought a George Foreman grill and griddle in preparation for the 'Big Day' - not that I'm going to have a big 'blow out', but it will be good to eat real food again.
That said, I really can't fault the diet - yes it's boring - but I would never in a million years have lost 4 stone on a 'conventional diet', it would have taken so long that I would have just given up. These last few weeks have changed my life and my life expectancy.
Good luck to anyone who takes up the challenge, I'm sure you won't regret it.
