Paid out quickly and relatively painlessly
Bad Points
Too expensive !!! - in fact were more than double the average monthly amount of other companies.
General Comments
Pet Plan UK Pet Insurance Staff reasonably helpful when calling to enquire about things and were prompt paying out when I made a claim, however large excesses and huge increases in monthly payment each year.
