General Comments

My daughter received the Red Leopard Print Corioliss Professional Ceramic Hair Straighteners this past Christmas (6 months ago). My daughter and I loved using it, since it made our hair really straight without burning. Just last week when going to use it, I noticed that one of the plates were detaching from the base. It looked black like it was burnt. I was not able to use it. I emailed Corioliss 3 times and to no avail. The limited waranty is for 1 year and I do have the original packaging and receipt. I also tried to contact the company that we purchased from (on line) and they did not respond as well. I am very upset about not receiving a respond from either company and feel it is a bad way to do business. Although I loved the way this straightener worked, I don't think I will purchase another one, since they have bad customer service.
