Good Points

Offers are good but the staff do not know about them? I heard it on the radio, they work for the company and still have no clue!!


Bad Points

Staff untrained, abrupt, rude, offer no customer care.


General Comments

Heard advert for exclusive offer 300 texts, 300 minutes with car phone warehouse. Signed up, but they entered details incorrect, went back changed all details, still I did not get the texts and minutes advertised, still sorting it out! Staff rude, abrupt, untrained, unfriendly and offer no customer service.
