General Comments

New fees - ouch! Not that much of a snob.
The service is fine, but I have never found that they can get you anything exclusive (have tried concert tickets at hard to get gigs and been offered same price as a tout would charge, have not been able to get me a table at the places i have wanted to eat). I have had a American Express black amex for about 9 years now. Unfortunately with the fee going up from £600 to £1,800 I shall be giving it up.
