i booked my holiday through barrhead travel, however they had sold it on behalf of scot travel that went bust,on filling out atol claim forms i was assured that a full dedicated team were in place to deal with everything, a month later atol still have not received my claim form and i have since discovered there is 1 person working through them. I would never book through them again.
