Good Points

Staff,Good service in the old fashioned type of customer is always right mode,genuine intrest in problems always smiling and happy a joy to be served by


Bad Points

Managers are appalling,Please employ some that actually know something about the product they are trying to sell,make them stand out in uniform and at least try to be attentive I can only assume that their managers have no control of their first line


General Comments

The Makro Cash and Carry cafe although better than it was, is still very poor having to wait sometimes upto to 15 mins,Poor layout eye level sales are uninviting.
Grocery - if a product has gone bad, remove it from the display. Dont just leave it so that it makes the customers think that all your other stuff is going bad also.
