General Comments

The William H Brown Estate Agents is staffed by the most incompetent people I have ever had to deal with in any business. They did not return calls, sent out letters that were incorrectly addressed and with enclosures missing, messages often did not get passed on said. The staff were unable to answer questions and did not know which professional association they belonged to.
After the first sale fell through they only managed to advertise the porperty once in the local paper in 4 weeks but continued to advertise properties that had already been sold.
I would not touch this firm if they were the only estate agents on the planet
