Extremely poor customer service, both in terms of response times and attitude.


General Comments

AA Car Insurance customer service is shockingly bad. Called the Customer Services number to and was on hold for a good 20 mins, got through, only to be told that they could not deal with my call - they could only take numbers and organise for someone to call back as they 'wanted to answer calls quickly'!! Got call back, only to be put in another queue. Had to check some details and call them back and, guess what, another call in queue for another 20 mins. By this time, I was so hacked off I wanted to cancel my policy, which I had paid for in full at the beginning of the policy. Am six months into policy, but if I cancel I get less than 25% of the premium refunded. OUTRAGEOUS!
