smooth pulley action and good hight of the bench
Bad Points
behch press attachment locks when you apply a lot of force to move the weight and weight stack not heavy enough for me i have to add weight plates to the stack using my home made pins
General Comments
good gym had one for years i use it mainly as a pulley station and for the leg extention
