Good Points

They did what they said !!!


Bad Points

None - only that the mattress was slightly damaged, but i guess that can be easily done.


General Comments

I ordered some triple sleeper bunk beds on fri from Best Choice Furniture - to be delivered the following weds. The company phoned me a few times in order to sort delivery times. They were delivered on the weds - driver contacted me prior to arrival. They had cash on delivery - i had a valid receipt. On assembling the bunk beds one of the matresses was very slightly damaged, i contacted them on thurs and they arranged for the mattress to be changed on sat - which it was, great service all round. On speaking to one of the drivers i think there is more trouble with delivery up country as apposed todown here in the west for some reason.
