General Comments

We went to buy 4 bridesmaid dresses from The Wedding Company. We have a caravan in Hornsea and our daughter had heard of the shop so organised her 4 bridesmaids to come through (2.5 hour journey) and have a look. The lady in the shop was so rude and unhelpful that we decided to go elsewhere as just because dresses are cheaper doen't mean you should be treated like you don't matter. We got ours in a sale from a more professional full price shop near my daughters house.
Just to mention also that we got some other bits and pieces while we were there so it wasn't a complete wasted trip - table confetti etc... and have since seen it in other places that are not discount outlets cheaper so watch you're not being ripped off

    We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service you received at The Wedding Collection. We aim for all our customers to go out with a bargain and a smile on their face. We would like to take this matter further and would be grateful if you can contact the store to discuss which aspect of your visit you were unhappy with. As to the pricing we aim to be 50% off the RRP on all our bridal gowns and 30% off bridesmaids and accessories. From time to time large companies undercut the RRP but as we are a small independant company we try and keep up as best as we can. We look forward to hearing from you so this matter can be resolved.
