I am a money sender. Moneybookers don't tell anything to you before you click "send money "
The seller's (money receiver) account must be fully activated before the seller get cash. But they don't tell you.

moneybookers lock the money with only sellers(receiver) email address you provided.
The seller gave me their full bank account detail. I tried input sellers account.
But MB say, money was sent to the seller. That's all.

When they were not ready to send the money to seller they should not lock the money.

They asked endless document to the sellers. The seller was the largest Software company in Asia. My seller gave up the procedure and email MB to send money back to me. However, MB rejected to return the money to me. I lost 220 USD.

I and seller wasted my time spent for dozens emails.
