Customer service skills are shocking

General Comments
Hotpoint WD860 is probably the worst machine that I have ever purchased. After being warned by several people not to buy it, I thought differently. However, it broke down exactly one day after the warranty period expired. After purchasing a very expensive extended warranty it has now proceeded to breakdown a further 6 times!!!!!!! The 7th break down is just a JOKE and all just 3 days before my extended warranty expires. I refuse to buy another warranty and will not bother calling them yet again as this is just a painful experience! Looks like I learn t my lesson - finally!! Not only are their machines really badly made but their customer service skills leave something to be desired.....
