Customer service in both business lounges, Lisbon and Heathrow.

General Comments

In times of great competition when every airline tries to defend its share of the market, TAP has still to come up with quality and value for money. Arrogant behaviour and poor customer service tends to shed a negative light on this national carrier and poor ratings from customers. I have flown TAP both in economy and business class, 'cattle classes' takes all proportions when noticing that the seat pitch is identical in economy and business. Cabin crew were more at ease in the galleys than attending to passengers needs. Well, TAP definitely stands for Take Another Airline... Come on guys... you can do better than that!
