Good Points
Fast, efficient service when booking flights.
Good service onboard flights.

Bad Points
Interior of planes a bit boring.

General Comments
I have flown with United Airlines for a few years now and I have always had great service from booking to landing !!

After reading all the negative reports I feel I have just got to say that every flightI have had has been OK. I usually have 5 return flights from the UK to the USA anually and I have always had friendly, efficient service all the way.
