General Comments

Unquestionably Pizza Hut wise is very good. All food tastes really well, but people seem to forget there's more things than you think on the menu. And the reason why people say service happens to SUCK, is BECAUSE there's SO MANY PEOPLE ordering pizza through the phone and through pick-up. The food is made in the store, on the spot. No whole meals are going to come within the first 20 minutes, people are impatient. besides the food being a little greasy, its good-good-great. not something to eat every day of course.

Some folks don't realize and think the service at Pizza Hut sucks because it takes so long to get the food. So many people order and it takes time to process to literally make. Its not like it comes out of a micro-oven in 5 minutes ready for you.
Truth is, depending on how busy a day is, the food can come quicker or slower.
Ever eat at an amazing restaurant on a Friday to Saturday night? It's packed right? It takes time to get in. It's kind of the same.
