I booked 5 months in advance directly with Canadian Affair and paid the extra fee to pre-book my seat. Yet when I arrived at the check in 3 hours early I was told the plane was overbooked and I didn't have a seat since I had been randomly selcted. I had to wait until everyone boarded to No apology was made. They put me up in the the most questionable hotel (I literally had to call reception to have someone open all compartments since thedorr didn't even lock). rude staff. unhelpful. worst experience of my life.
