Barclays India on line money transfer is not easy as it used by third party software called Times of Money. If any one stuck, It is nightmare to find out solution. Their is no direct contact with this company and no any window help line. They says it is like 1 2 3 steps to transfer money but it is not that easy. NRE BARCLAYS staff have lack of knowlege about on line money transfer. In one case they told me that BARCLAYS DO NOT HAVE ON LINE FACILITY TO TRASNFER MONEY FROM UK TO INDIA !.....where as i got advertised from Barclays that one can transfer money from U.K to India.
