The staff was nice and helpful.
There is some great golf in the area (Barham Broom).
Bad Points
The only negative was the tv, only a view channels and not a very good reception as well. But hey, who has time to watch tv if you can soak in the spa from 07:00 am till 8:00 pm?
Loud (but very good) music from a wedding which was mostly blocked out by closing the window.
General Comments
I stayed at this hotel for one night and it was lovely!
The room booked through Booking.com was spacious with an en-suite bathroom, free internet, a save and a balcony overlooking the garden with fountain.
I didn't want to eat at their restaurant because the reviews mentioned the great rooms but the poor food. However because I was late for dining (I couldn't get myself out off the jakuzzi) I decided to take my chances and went to the bar for a bite to eat. The restaurant was a bit to formal for my taste.The 'bar' is a nice, bright place, informal and more like a conservatory then a bar.
The noodles with prawns and wasabi-dressing were so good!! It was an imaginative dish, well executed and really really tasty! I don't know what the food in the restaurant is like, but the meal in the bar was probably the nicest I've eaten in my 10 days stay in England.
