I ordered a DVD and TV, the multimod DVD arrived within days and is excellent.
Bad Points
The TV took six weeks and their installers did not realise that it had a major fault. It is impossible to get an answer on their phone lines and they do not reply to e-mails.
General Comments
Techtronics.com seem to be very under-staffed and cannot cope with the amount of business that they are doing. Customer service is very poor-it is very frustrating trying to contact them.
