Bad Points

Will never pick up the phone.
Staff are rude or else useless.
Take weeks to action any points on your claim.


General Comments

KGM Motorcycle Insurance don't answer the phone, rude and forgot to pick up my bike after it was recovered and spent weeks sending me paperwork I didn't even need to fill in. Will do anything to avoid paying up.
