Works well, even works to help draw your nipple out more when breastfeeding.
Bad Points
Awkward to wear, can't be worn during the day as advertised. I wore them at night with a sports bra.
General Comments
I used this product nightly and saw great improvement within 4-6 weeks. I have had a much easier time nursing my second child after using this prior to getting pregnant. I am able to breastfeed without the assistance of a nipple shield (something I couldn't do with the first). I would recommend the Avent Niplette.
