Well presented, well served by helpful, polite anf informative guy

Bad Points
I now have to make 'craklin' just like theirs whenever I cook pork!!!

General Comments
We had our first hog roast last night from Ribble Valley Hog Roast as guests at a wedding and it was fantastic. Family comments included "absolutely gorgeous", "fantastic" and "very, very tasty". Our 10 year old had his first taste of 'cracklin' and loved it.
