Lots of good things in it.
Bad Points
Does not really fill me up and its to easy to eat. (ie difficult to stop eating) Also how much sugar is in it?
General Comments
I am sure as a kid Alpen Original used to be sweeter. Ok its still sweet at the moment, but thats my problem with it. I can eat a box in one go. So need to avoid.
