Good Points

phone arrived quickly


Bad Points

expensive customer services line, very slow to answer.

incorrect product descriptions which they fail to satisfy

although they warn you that they break the phone box seal, they were not careful as my phone was covered in little white particles and the protective screen cover removed and replaced with bubbles and not quite correctly

incompetitive prices. as I was looking to check i saw the same phone for the same price but bundled with the accessories dialaphone described but failed to provide


General Comments

Would never use Dial-A-Phone again.

Really disappointed, product not sold as described and phone was dirty and protective screen cover removed and stuck back on haphazardly. I have given 1 not zero as they offered me a refund with reimbursed postage, but I would rather have been sold the product with the accessories described on the order page as would be the case from a reputable seller in my opinion.

Spent 45 mins mostly in a calling queue for customer services about it on a national rate number.

prices are competitive but i found my phone the same price elsewhere - so no need to risk it
