Design, capabilities, main screen setup.
Bad Points
Backlight button doesn't always work. Too many problems with getting the internet connection which also affects the weather & facebook on the main screen. Sat nav could be better like Garmin or Tom tom. And have a way to hold onto the stylus.
General Comments
Nokia N97 is an overall good start for competing against the iphone as the design and layout is good. I find it handy having the Qwerty keyboard which does take a bit of getting used to but easier at times than the touchscreen if you have big fingers. The touch screen is good and responds well & accurately.
