General Comments
Don't know where to start!! Total shambles from start to finish. Missing parts, damaged parts, whole units not ordered. The damaged panels/doors replaced with more damaged panels and doors. Used a local contractor instead of Magnet fitters which caused endless problems trying to coordinate the work with the constant deliveries of replacement parts. The designer himself was fine when face to face but whenever we had to contact him for the parts required, funnily enough he was never available. The amount of times we had to call the Aberdeen branch to chase up parts was ridiculous. Then when you did get to talk to someone you found yourself telling them what parts you needed as the one they wanted to send out would have been of different sizes etc. We even had the plinth delivered in the wrong colour from what the packaging stated.
