Good Points
Right now, I can't see any good points at all.

Bad Points
Terrible service, no real email support - the itinerary help form is basically conceived for feedback, not help, You will be told to contact the airline yourself in case of difficulty, and the airline will tell you it is Expedia's responsibility to fix the problem. This kind of responsibility-ping pong will last until you scream in pain. Then Expedia hangs up on you for being vulgar...

It is far better to go directly through the airline's website.

General Comments
If all goes well, and you have a simple ticket, Expedia probably works well. However, if something goes wrong, you are in for a nightmare.

If you have a problem and call their help line, which is the ONLY way to solve schedule changes in your tickets, you may easily spend a dozen hours with a variety of agents trying to sort it out. They ONLY work with you while you are actually on the line with an agent. If you get cut off (which happens regularly), they abandon your caseand you have to start all over again with a new agent.

I was cut off in the middle of a conference call between the ticket-issuing airline, an Expedia supervisor and myself. Even though the airline told the supervisor clearly to cancel and refund the two round-trip tickets in full, because we were cut off before he finished the second ticket cancellation, it was left up in the air! He simply stopped, with one ticket done and the other not. I managed to get hold of another supervisor and waited for 78 minutes while he went through exactly the same verifications we'd already been through...
