General Comments

I sent $3000 to China, and my relatives could not pick up the money from one of the location listed on the web because this location does not do the business anymore with West Union, and he was directed to another location ~ 100 miles away, but he was told that they do not have that amount of money, and he need to come back 4 days later, plus, the money he will pick up after 4 days will be US$, instead of CNY even during the transfer, the money was already changed to CNY, my relatives need to find the bank which can change the US$ to CNY. This is my first and also the last time I use the Western Union, What a service!
