General Comments

Location list is out of date, some of the location listed on website does not work anymore; I send money to China 1 week ago through West Union money transfer, my relative in China could not pick up the money because of 1) one of the location listed on the web which is in the hometown of my relatives does not work anymore. 2) my relative was directed to another location ~ 100 miles away, but my relatives was told that they do not have that much money, and he need to come back 4 days later. 3) when I send the money, US$ was already transferred into CNY, however, my relatives was told he will pick up US$ 4 days later.
My relatives in China need the money very urgent, so I used WesternUnion money transfer, they claimed that my relatives could pick up the money in CNY 15 min later after the transfer, 1 week later, my relatives can not pick up the money, and 4 days later, he can only pick up US$ and he need to find a bank which can change the US$ to CNY. This is my first and last time of using Western Union money transfer, what a service?
