Delta Airlines Skymiles is a joke. We have decided that after a long relationship with Northwest/Delta Airlines that we are switching to another carrier. They are supposed to have 3 tiers now in redeeming miles. Yeah right. Try HIGH most of the time. You work your hardest to accrue miles to go on a nice trip and what do they do, they only have HIGH tier. Sorry Delta -- that's it for us. In addition, here's an example - all flights to Rome on most carriers in May 2010 $932, Delta May 2010 $1,800.
