Good Points

We have been with Scottish Power for over 4 years and have had no problems until the last 6 months.


Bad Points

I have reported the constant hounding from their billing dept with customer services and they said rules & regulations allow them to call a customer a few times in a week. Poor website if you happen to have a gas & electric account you can only view one bill with one email address per account. Website needs updating with secure pages.


General Comments

WARNING CONSTANT HOUNDING. The Bill department constantly ringing every week sometimes twice a week when bills are outstanding for a couple of weeks. Although I'm a late payer I have always paid my gas & electric bills after all that's what you pay extra for when your on a standard tariff and pay quartely. This constant ringing started around 6 months ago and as we are in a ressession can be very stressful.
