Good Points

Lovely setting. Lots to do. Very Child friendly.


Bad Points

Everything very expensive. The bike hire works out expensive for family of 4 staying for 4 days.


General Comments

Just got back from Centre Parcs Nottingham. Had great time - klds loved it. Would have been perfect holiday if it wasnt for the accommodation. We stayed in comfort plus lodge - cost us £900 for the week and the standard was very poor. Constant smell of drains in the toilet and kitchen area and condition of toilet was worse than a public toilet!! Also very dark, dingy and shabby - needed complete overhaul and one wonders how they can justify charging so much for such poor accommodation. The outside space, however, was beautiful. Gorgeous setting - very relaxing. Did ask to be moved but they were fully booked - they sent housekeepers round to do a 'deep clean'. Did smell fresher for about 2 hrs then went back to norm. The accommodation was only downside to holiday, everything else was perfect and would recommend it to people - especially if they could afford to stay in the more expensive accommodation.
