very Poor customer service for their faulty goods
General Comments
Bought the " hardwood" model and after 3 years of okay use, I have just noticed that one of the wood part of an opening windows has developed some kind of soft rot internally. The outer is very well protected with proprietary weather sealer and it seems that the wood was originally infested with some hungry bug that has eaten only the inner part without showing any sign of exiting the wood as there are no holes.
I wil be interested how wickes 15 yr guarantee looks after me.
