Bad Points

not getting what you have asked for in your policy, then getting charged to correct they're mistake.

i have "politely" called a lier by them 3 times

after choosing not to renew my policy with them from they're grief they then took it upon themselves to renew it with out my permission and basically stole money from my bank account

want copy of my new insurance details from my onew insurance provider before they can refund me


General Comments

very poor service, had nothing but problems with MCE Motorcycle Insurance from day one and I've not even had to make a claim
