1. Poor communication , unhelpful staff , excessive charges a real shambles , buyer beware !!


General Comments

Should have checked this web site before taking out insurance with dial direct . Took out policey online for bike requesting SDP and commuting . When schedule came through 3 days later which I diligently checked to my bemusement I found that it excluded commuting .....
I rang them and the premium shot up to included commuting . I explained that the policy hadn't even commenced yet and was due to start in 3 weeks and they explained that I would have to pay £30.00 admin charge to cancel . Spoke to Visa who explained that I had a 14 day cooling off period and what they were doing by not refunding the full premiun was illegal . I have yet to receive any refund to date and have written to their customer complaints . I will update on reply if I get one .
