Good Points

There were not any.Although they were very nice to me when they were taking the money.


Bad Points

total shambles.Brand new car with bashed wheels.Weights on outside on alloy wheels they were not like this when i viewed it.Said they were done at the dealer.I called dealer and they said no way would they put weights on outside of an alloy.They said because the car was cheaper than dealer this is what i had to put up with.I argued it was supposed to be a brand new car with 47 miles on.Went to pick it up car was very dirty.Just told lies.Don't trust them they say one thing then do another.Will not go there again.


General Comments

Altogether a bad experience.Bad customer service.Bad after sales service. Motorpoint didn't want me to road test the car until i paid my £300 had to argue to get the roadtest.
