JVC LT-32DY8ZJ has nice style but has gone in to repairers with a dark screen problem

    I found this review very helpful because...My nephew has had this model for just over a year and he has problems with the dark screen. When the TV is swithed on, there is a blue flash and then the screen goes dark. Colours are dull and dark and the TV seems to be running in slow motion!
    JVC has asked him to take the TV to an engineer for a written report and send it along with his recipt. He cannot find the recipt, so he has no chance of getting anywhere!
    JVC must be aware of this problem, on that model.
