Within 24 hours of placing my order with Net Pet Shop the goods have been received.
As an impatient person I was very impressed with the speed of service and comunication. I received an e-mail to confirm the order before I'd even shut down the web page, a second e-mail to confirm that the item had been despatched that night and a third e-mail to give an update on the delivery progress. This last e-mail provided a link to the courier's tracking site and I could see that my item was delivered just before 10am into the postroom at my work and they had delivered it to me by 10:30am.
The wonders of modern technlogy still amaze me!
