Good Points

Would have been competitive if they had agreed value included, but we needed this as we have a classic camper.


Bad Points

Poor customer service. A refund letter should include your refund - not just a note telling you to ring them for your refund, we've already done that!

Not taking our calls.


General Comments

Sureterm Direct Car Insurance Quote seemed competitive but then when we checked further this was because it didn't have agreed value on our camper that the others did.

We contacted them to cancel and although they agreed we had to pay 26 pounds admin fees - although the policy wasn't issued. Fair enough, but then a letter arrived without our money back stating we had to ring them to get our refund!

First attempt has resulted in a "we're too busy at the moment, we'll call you back". We'll see how long it actually takes to get the money refunded.
We finally went with a local company who has turned out to be cheaper and does the necessary agreed value.
