Good Points

Good food, service good, no lost bags


Bad Points

Madrid airport is horrible for a transfer point so tight connections require running through airports and waiting in lines for a nerve racking eternity. We almost missed our flights both ways. Iberia does need to plan this better. 90 minute connections are not enough!!!


General Comments

My trip was from Dulles to Rome (FCO). I was ready for the worst as most reviews have been awful but my experiance wasnt horrible. Iberia Airlines Flight left close to ontime (15 mins late), food was very good and the service was courteous.
