Good Points

-They send you a text message detailing when the mechanic will arrive
-Extremely good value for money; their most basic cover is comparable the AA's gold cover, and for a fraction of the price.
-Both the mechanic and the girl in the office were extremely friendly.
-Overall, a wonderful service... the best £29 we had ever spent!

General Comments

My friends and I were travelling from Coventry to Devon, and had bought the IC Breakdown Cover the previous week. When we broke down, we called the phone number we had been given, and spoke to an extremely friendly and helpful girl. She told us that someone would be with us within the next hour (in fact, we only had to wait 40 mins). When the mechanic arrived, he was very kind and attempted to find out what the problem was with the car, even driving it up and down the road in order to ascertain what the fault was. He thought that there may have been a problem with the gearbox, and said that unfortunately he would be unable to fix it at the roadside. He took us from near Tewkesbury back to Coventry, without any fuss. It was a wonderful service, and I would recommend it to anyone.
