General Comments

My claim was denied because they said I hadnt reported it within the time, so they said I should ring T-Mobile which I did and T-Mobile said I had so I rang back Phonesafe and they said my claim had been closed so there wasnt anything I could do. But I have just emailed the appeals office and am hoping to get a responce shortly
