Good Points

We had a larger aircraft, loads of leg room and films were free because of the delay


Bad Points

They played football with my case (well thats what it looked like) at Gatwick, Broke a number of goods in the case and have refused to replace. My insurance company say that its down to them... and they say ... computer says no!


General Comments

Flying from Marsa Alam to Gatwick with First Choice Airlines... There was a 2 hour delay
