Good Points

Good price, good speed for engine size, even when carrying passenger. Smooth ride, good on petrol, great up hills. Reasonable around corners.

Bad Points

No storage space, no petrol indicator, no kick start. And no-body seems to know how to fix these things when they go wrong.

General Comments

When I first bought this CPI GTR 150cc bike/scooter I loved it. It was fast, reliable, all the things I wanted. But after about a year and a half (when my warranty ranout), things started to go wrong. It had trouble starting - which is really annoying as there is no kick start. Then the electrics went funny. First it was just the petrol light coming on randomly, I was always paranoid I was about to run out. Then the left indicator light stopped, so I changed the bulb but it was the switch, changed that, and then the main front light stopped working, well actually it works but only when I steer in a certain direction. I also found that once you have needed work and have taken the front panel off, you get rediculously loud vibrations when the bike is on but standing still (i.e. at traffic lights). Its really loud and embarrasing. So, if your doesn't go weird on you after a few years, then count yourself lucky. I am beginning to lose confidence in my once loved posession, to the point where I will probably save up and buy a better quality bike.
