nothing is good about them, when they can't help their customers, they just want to make money. They should learn to find and keep customers.

General Comments
Very very bad customer service. My wife and 3 kids travelled from india to usa. They reached chicago airport at around 12:30 pm thru lufthansa. Their connecting flight was very much delayed like nearly 12 hours. So as my wife doesn't know good english, so i called lufthansa customer service, and explained my situation, the customer service representative talked as if she didn't care. She plainly said that is not our problem, but to contact the other airline, but i humbly explained that i had booked the ticket thru lufthansa, and she kept saying the same thing like a broken record. I was hurt and didn't know what i could do. and just waited to see when my family will arrive in saint louis.
